The principles of Green Architecture and
Sustainable Design underlie the planning, design and construction management
services provided by Dimension IV. Building
projects include “Main Street” Buildings (urban infill, renovation,
remodeling in “downtown” areas), community buildings (community centers,
churches, day care); work environments (offices, clinics, industrial facilities,
government buildings); “seniors” facilities (nursing homes, CBRFs,
retirement homes) and private residences. In
addition to basic architectural services for these projects, Dimension IV also
provides town hall meeting, presentations, existing facility surveys, needs
analysis, long-range planning, building programming, feasibility studies,
detailed cost estimates, post occupancy evaluations and architectural model
building. Construction budgets
range from less than $10,000 to developments over $50 million.
